We stand behind the quality of GlucoClear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date — no lengthy explanations required.
Order Cancellation
To ensure quick delivery times, orders are dispatched to our fulfillment centers rapidly. If you wish to cancel an order, you must send an email to contact.nxsupplements@gmail.com within 60 minutes of completing your purchase. Once an order has been transmitted to our logistics carrier, it can no longer be canceled or modified, and you will need to complete the return process after delivery.
Conditions for a Refund Request
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date.
- You must contact our support team by email to initiate the process.
- Refunds apply to the original purchaser only and are limited to one refund per customer.
- Partially used or opened bottles may be eligible for a refund at our discretion, subject to review.

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with the formal return authorization and confirmation instructions.
Return Shipping & Address
Once your return is authorized, you must mail the remaining items back to our official fulfillment and logistics facility. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide pre-paid return labels.

Processing Time
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Requests submitted after the 60-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
